Notification of Copyright Infringement
theCubeNet accepts DMCA notifications from copyright owners or their authorized agents claiming that user material infringes their copyrights.
To submit a valid DMCA notification, you must include:
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
- Identification of the infringing material with sufficient location details (such as message ID)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material lacks authorization from the copyright owner
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate
- Your contact information (address, phone number, and email)
- Your physical or electronic signature

Important Notice:
Please note that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or an activity is infringing shall be liable to us for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Counter Notification Process
If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice that includes:
- Specific message IDs of the removed material
- Your full contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your physical or electronic signature
After we receive a proper counter notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. The complaining party will then have 10 business days to respond.
Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users, subscribers, or account holders who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
