General Terms
theCubeNet provides access to Usenet newsgroups. You will receive unfiltered access to Usenet and should expect to encounter content that may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate. theCubeNet disclaims all liability for any harm arising from your use of the Service.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you distribute does not:
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Contain threats, harassment, or defamatory content
- Include malware, viruses, or other harmful code
You are responsible for all applicable taxes and costs associated with accessing our service.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized system access or security testing
- Spam posting (including commercial solicitation and off-topic posts)
- Copyright infringement
- Distribution of child exploitation material
- Posting adult content in non-adult discussion groups
Spam Policy
Spam violations will result in immediate account termination and a $100 cleanup charge. Users who violate our spam policy will be banned from reconnecting for a minimum of 7 years.
Fair Use Limit
"Fair use" is defined as 10TB monthly per consumer account. Exceeding this limit may result in speed reductions after notification.
Refunds
Full refunds are available within 48 hours or 2GB usage (whichever comes first) for Unlimited and Metered accounts. No refunds are available for Block accounts or Bitcoin payments.
Liability Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" with no guaranteed uptime or security. theCubeNet is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of South Carolina.
